We engaged Complete Power and Air to bring our 45 year old home into the 21st Century by replacing disparate heating and cooling sources into one efficient unit. We are very impressed with the job and how easily the team identified the hotspots for the install and dealt with any issues.
The process was easy. Finance through Brighte and Jack is super-responsive and easy to deal with. He explains the rationale for the suggested install and is flexible to amendments (we asked for better insulated ducts).
Jack, David, Davis and Patrick (the crew) installed our new system with minimal fuss. They took care to clean as they went.
We ran across some problems (as you would in any 45 year old house). Each problem was raised with us, suggestions made and quickly implemented. Follow up service explanations were excellent.

I engaged Complete Power and Air as my chosen installer to install ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling in my home under the ACT Government Sustainable Households program.
I was pleased that it was the business owner themselves who attended to quote, and was impressed the he was himself both a qualified electrician and also a qualified refrigeration mechanic. This enabled me to feel confident from the outset in his advice and his consideration of the efficiency of heating and cooling options for my home.
During the application period for the ACT Sustainable Homes program, Complete Power and Air were happy to discuss brands of my choice and also offer options with potential advantages including financially, and were also happy to go with my own choice of unit even though this added to the length of time it took before approval was gained under the program.
At all times, Complete Power and Air paid excellent attention to customer service and satisfaction as well as my own choices and questions as a customer. They also consulted on details of how I would like the install located and arranged in my home. By the time it came for install I had a complete understanding of the work that would be carried out, and found this satisfying and meeting my requirements neatly.
Complete Power and Air provided a high quality install. They also arrived on time and completed the work in exactly the time projected. All staff were polite and friendly, as well as clearly competent, prepared and efficient. I liked as well that some attention was paid not to be overly intrusive on household activities.

Jack at Complete Power & Air was recommended to me by my daughter, when we recently moved house and we were considering upgrading the heating/cooling in our new house.
Jack removed the old wall mounted gas furnace and installed split systems in Vicki’s double story house. He also refurbished the electrical circuitry in the house as part of the total replacement and reconfiguration of the new kitchen, dining room and bathrooms. Jack’s workmanship, attention to detail, industry knowledge and customer relations were all of the highest standard. Vicki was more than happy with the finished job, and the total cost.
Now, I’m not saying that my daughter is a difficult customer to please, but, for her to recommend a tradesman to someone else, particularly a family member, he must be pretty good.
So, we asked Jack for a quote to upgrade our heating/cooling in our new house. We were thinking of doing the same as Vicki, installing/replacing split systems. But Jack advised us of the latest technology in electrical ducted systems and informed us of ACT Govt incentives to assist with cost of installations etc. Jack also advised us of the advances being made in rooftop solar systems and how they could reduce the running costs of the electrical systems and again, the ACT Govt incentives to assist with installation costs.
We were happy to engage Jack to install both an electrical ducted heating and cooling system together with a rooftop solar system in our new house.
Both installations were carried out to the highest standards and were completed in a timely and cost effective fashion. We are more than happy with the work that has been done and would have no hesitation in recommending Complete Power & Air to anyone who is considering installing similar systems.
